Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Lessons

Character Education
Each month the JFK Middle School’s Character Education Committee creates activities to promote the character traits: Pride, Responsibility, Respect, Courage, Tolerance, Compassion, Integrity and Perseverance. Activities include morning announcements, homeroom and/or lunch interactive activities and fundraisers to remind students and staff of the importance of possessing good character .
Mindfulness
Staff at JFK have begun incorporating Mindfulness practices into the school day in order to better support our students. Please click on the
